My staff and I have worked on many projects with Tyler and Cohen Construction Company over the years. A brand new farmers market, Concession stands/press box, bathrooms and other large improvement projects have been a huge help to not only the Village but our youth sports programs. Cohen Construction remodeled our kitchen. Tyler helped us through every step of the way. He helped us with finding options that helped us meet our budget and gave us ideas to make the kitchen have a better work flow. They did a beautiful job on the kitchen. The crew was always respectful and were on time. Their communication was amazing. If they were going to be late, or not come on a particular day, I knew about it up front. I never had to call to find out where they were or what the plan is. When they left at the end of each day, they completely cleaned up, including running a shop vac, so we didn't track anything thru the house.

We reached out to Tyler because we wanted to fix our back patio. We had a vision in our heads of what we wanted it to look like, and it turned out perfect! They did a great job. Tyler was quick to come evaluate some siding/chimney concerns I had for my home. Once construction started, I was really impressed with how well they stayed in contact with me and helped me understand how the project was coming along in spite of the weather. They're going to be my go-to company for home repairs and I would highly recommend them.
