Corporate Mluti-plex Fire Restoration | Huntington, WV

Full restoration of a 6,000 SF apartment building following fire and sprinkler-related water damage. Five units were fully remodeled with new flooring, kitchens, bathrooms,new doors, paint, and drop ceiling tiles. Scope also included subfloor replacement, cove base installation, and three-story stairwell upgrades with new carpet,paint, and trim. Common areas, including a shared lounge and laundry space, were refreshed to provide a clean, functional environment for this recovery-focused community.
